When you are ready for the ultimate in power and performance Thumper Racings BILLET STROKER CRANK and 104mm piston for the Husaberg is your answer Race proven. Designed for torque and power. Our cranks are lighter than the stock crank with a smaller overall ID. This give the crank a lighter feel and doesn't affect the handling like a traditional stroker crank does. This also give the motor a light revy feeling even though it is a +6mm stroke. The Thumper Racing crank design is 30% stronger than the factory strokers and does not suffer from crankspread like the factory cranks.
The basic kit includes our custom Carrillo rod and balance to our Custom 104mm big bore pistons. The basic kit includes: Balanced billet stroker crank, custom piston, all gaskets cylinder (exchanged for your old cylinder).
The stock cases must be overbored 2mm in order to fit the larger sleeve of the 660 kit. We also offer full porting and professional engine blueprinting and building services. We offer this as a separate service please call for details.
This kit requires an FI programmer. We offer throttle body modifications, Performance cams and head porting help you to get the most of this build,
Stock cylinders and cams must be send in for modification or exchange .
